What Pocatello, ID Customers Say
“Our furnace started making a terrible grinding noise late one evening, and we were worried about the cold Pocatello night ahead. Pocatello FurnaceCraft responded quickly. The technician, Mike, diagnosed it as a worn-out blower motor. He had the part on his truck and got it replaced efficiently. Our house was warm again in no time, and the grinding noise is completely gone.”
“I noticed our gas bill creeping up, and the house just wasn't as warm as it used to be, even with the furnace running constantly. Pocatello FurnaceCraft came out and did a thorough inspection. They found that our old filter was completely clogged and the burners needed a good cleaning. After their tune-up, the furnace runs much more efficiently, and we can actually feel the difference in comfort. Very happy with the service.”
